The closing date for entries is Monday 17th August 2026.

Payment and booking confirmation

No payment is taken at this stage. When you click Submit application you will see confirmation that we have received and are reviewing your application. If your application is accepted you will receive a booking confirmation.

Invoices

If your online application is successful, you will receive an invoice by email summarising your entry costs. Please retain this as your receipt and there is no VAT payable. If you need a manual invoice please email:  [email protected] 

Classic Car rules

Showground space may be limited, and numbers will be restricted to a maximum of 50 cars. There may also be a restriction on the number of same models. It is most important that if you are attending the Show you arrive in plenty of time, by 8.00am latest, to be directed to the allocated site. There are strictly no vehicle movements, without prior permission, on or off the Showground between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm on Show day. You are expected to remain on site until 5.30pm.

Vehicles eligible to attend the Show are those cars registered on or before 2001. This rule will have to be strictly enforced.

You will ensure that your vehicle is clean, roadworthy, in a presentable condition, and licensed and insured as necessary in accordance with the Road Traffic Act. 

Please note that full security will be enforced and you will not be allowed on to the Showground without the correct vehicle pass. We regret that if you do not have the correct pass and still wish to attend the Show you will be diverted to the general car park, where you will have to leave your vehicle and pay the full entry fee.

NB: In view of some Personal Insurance Policy restrictions, it is unlikely that there will be a parade of some cars in the Countryside Ring. The Head Steward will keep you advised of this on Show Day.
