Why Become a Sponsor?
The Aylsham Show is a unique fixture in North Norfolk’s calendar, appealing to people of all ages and backgrounds – whether farmers or not!
On Show day, thousands of visitors pass through our gates, and sponsorship gives companies an opportunity to be seen. Sponsorship can be anything from a class in an agricultural competition to a “big ticket” item like a marquee or Main Ring event.
Every sponsor receives:
- An invitation to a separate sponsors event that will take place on Sunday afternoon, 9th July 2023
- Invitations for two people to drinks in the President’s Marquee on Show day
- Two sponsor’s badges, giving admission to the Members Enclosure only. Entry to the show ground is by separate admission ticket also supplied
- Member’s car park pass
- Listing on the Show website, in the Show day leaflet and on Show day screens
- Recognition when possible in local press/publications and on social media
- A reciprocal link from the Aylsham Show website to the sponsor’s own website
Further benefits are as per individual categories below. Sponsors are part of the lifeblood of the show, with sponsors receiving great visibility across Show day. We hope you choose to get involved!

Alternatively, download our 2023 Sponsor’s letter, read our 2023 Sponsorship Packages and then complete and return the Confirmation Form.
Principal Show Sponsorship £1,250+
Benefits are:
- Name and logo (artwork required) prominently on the Show website, Show day leaflet and Show day screens
- Special mention of the sponsor’s name on the public address system regularly throughout the day
- Three banners, which may be sited at the most favourable positions of your choice, including the main Show entrance/exit and on the show ground
- Sponsorship of a show ground attraction included when able, and an individual livestock or horse class and/or food and discovery zone areas/specific event
- 20 free admission tickets
- Additional member’s car park pass and an extra invitation to the President’s drinks
- Able to apply for table of 10 at the dinner dance, priority given by date of application
Individual packages can be discussed for larger amounts.
Major Sponsorship £550 to £1,249
Benefits are:
- Special mention of the sponsor’s name on the public address system and Show day screens
- Two banners, which may be sited at favourable positions of your choice, on the show ground
- Sponsorship of an individual livestock or horse class and/or food and discovery zone areas/specific event
- 10 free admission tickets
- Dinner dance – may apply to go on reserve list if a table of 10 becomes free
Sponsorship £350 to £549
Benefits are:
- Special mention of the sponsor’s name on Show day screens
- One banner in Main Ring
- Sponsorship of an individual livestock or horse class and/or food and discovery zone areas/specific event
- 6 free admission ticket
- Dinner dance – may apply to go on reserve list if a table of 10 becomes free
Sponsorship £150 to £349
Benefits are:
- Special mention of the sponsor’s name on Show day screens
- Sponsorship of an individual livestock or horse class and/or food and discovery zone areas/specific event
- Dinner dance – may apply to go on reserve list if a table of 10 becomes free
