For 2026, Trade Stands will predominantly be in the same areas of the Showground, with all outside stands who will supply their own gazebo/marquee.
For 2026, stand costs will remain the same until 30th June 2026 after which there will be slight increases to £240 for 8 metre frontage and £215 for 4 metre frontage. Both with 12 metre depth.
We have discovered that there was an outage worldwide with Starlink on our Show Day last year which is why we had such problems with connections. You will need WIFI unless you have your own Starlink. It is impossible to guarantee 100% online WIFI coverage. You will be advised your individual Stand WIFI codes which will service a maximum of 3 devices, a week before the Show. Please have your Supervisor code with you, and it is recommended that you turn off your Refund function on card devices.
Rural Broadband can also provide traders with their own separate Starlink for the day – cost £98 inclusive of VAT per Stand (they will supply VAT invoice). If you want to go for this option, please put this in the Further Business Information comments.
All Trade Stands must be applied for online, except in exceptional circumstances when you can contact the Event Co-ordinator – David Hitcham for a Paper Copy: [email protected]
The closing date for Applications is Monday 17th August 2026.
