All Classic Cars entries must be applied for online, except in exceptional circumstances when you can contact the Head Steward  –  Paul Pearce for a Paper Copy:    [email protected]   

The closing date for entries is Monday 19th August 2024.  

To make an online application, fill in the form below and click Submit application.

Payment and booking confirmation

No payment is taken at this stage. When you click Submit application you will see confirmation that we have received and are reviewing your application. If your application is accepted we will contact you by email to arrange payment. Once payment is made you will receive a booking confirmation.

Invoices

If your online application is successful, you will receive an invoice by email summarising your entry costs. Please retain this as your receipt and there is no VAT payable. 

Classic Car rules

Showground space may be limited, and numbers will be restricted to a maximum of 50 cars. There may also be a restriction on the number of same models. It is most important that if you are attending the Show you arrive in plenty of time to be directed to the allocated site. 

Vehicles eligible to attend the Show are those cars registered on or before 1999. This rule will have to be strictly enforced.

You will ensure that your vehicle is clean, roadworthy, in a presentable condition, and licensed and insured as necessary. 

Please note that full security will be enforced and you will not be allowed on to the Showground without the correct vehicle pass. We regret that if you do not have the correct pass and still wish to attend the Show you will be diverted to the general car park, where you will have to leave your vehicle and pay the full entry fee.

There may be a parade of some cars in the Countryside Ring, and if so it will not be until late afternoon. If this happens, the Head Steward will discuss with you on Show day.
